All cars in mint condition, with original boxes and protective foam with minimal wear. All grab irons and step are straight and intact. Smooth and even clear coats applied to unpainted cars. Any exceptions noted below as to each car. Includes the following in consist order.

One step has been resoldered below RPO apartment side door. One car airbrushed Scalecoat NYC Dark Gray on body; primer on roof; black on underbody and trucks.

Unpainted car has one small tarnish spot on "room" side of car, two small tarnish spots and a few very small scratches on "aisle" side of car. Underbody of same car has small tarnish spots on bottom of one battery box and on bottom of water tank casing. Kadee # 5 couplers and draft gear boxes applied to this car. # 400 Dining Room Car. "Port of Buffalo" 12 DB sleepers. Unpainted cars have Kadee # 5 couplers and draft gear boxes applied. Painted car has been carefully airbrushed with Scalecoat NYC Dark Gray and Light Gray in correct locations, with Champion Blue Ribbon Series decal striping and lettering. Roof and underbody airbrushed glossy black. Original trucks on this car replaced with GSB sprung Commonwealth passenger trucks, also painted black. Brass BARCO steam line connections applied at both ends. "Aisle" side of car has two small paint chips. Both ends of this car appear to have had full width diaphragms applied by previous owner at one time, since removed, leaving adhesive residue. Iaphragms are included in box. Kadee # 5 couplers and draft gear boxes at both ends. One fairly large and three very small tarnish spots on "room" side of car; several very small scratches on "aisle" side of car. Unpainted cars without notations are exceptionally clean and without blemishes.
