Solid page and cover attachment, clean covers and all pages fresh and clean with two creased leaves, otherwise free of marks, creases, or tears. BINDING: Green cloth with gilt titling front, no title to spine. NOTES: Erected during the Great Depression by the state of New York in Central Park, and now a portion of the American Natural History Museum. Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Hall was designed by architect John Russell Pope and decorated with murals by William Andrew MacKay and bas-reliefs by Edwin F. And a sculpture by James Earle Fraser.

The dedication features addresses by President of the United States, Franklin D. Roosevelt (Not in Halter) which was broadcast by radio live.
