No outer box or Instructions, In foam liner. I never ran them and have had them well over 15 yearsmaybe 1998? Shows test run at some point in its life. Very sharp paint and lettering and great finish.

Has a Proto Sound system and unknown feature, Never ungraded. But being Premier issue would except loaded early features. Two-Motored Diesel Locomotive and proto sound system. Check photos carefully and ask any questions you may have.. What you see is what you get..
