The photograph is in excellent condition. The matte has some rough edges and 1 corner is torn on the bottom right hand side.

Hand signed in pencil on the matte by Burton Wolcott. Matted and framed behind glass. Frame measures 20' x 24.25. Matte measures 16" x 20".

Photo measures 13.25" x 16.5". The frame is newer, not vintage. Burton and May Wolcott were very accomplished amateur photographers who lived in New York City and Vermont. They were members of The Camera Club, New York (Stieglitz had once been a member) and of the Southern Vermont Art Center, and regularly participated in exhibitions of both organizations. Subjects are mostly New York City urban scenes and New England landscape.
