Like its standard gauge cousins on the previous pages, this O gauge New York Central steam set embodies the gleaming sheet metal beauty of the tinplate era. The original 260E locomotive, introduced by Lionelr in 1936, represented the last hurrah of tinplate. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-8: Like New. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is included. Check the photos for a detailed look at this item.
