This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. #4049 is missing one of the winterization hatches and two of the steam generator exhaust stacks. There is a brown blemish on the road name of #4056, and a grab iron on the #4049 near the cab is broken. Both units show light rub marks, scratches, and wheel wear from prior use.

Although this set shows several imperfections, both appear to be in excellent shape and are ready for work! This item has been serviced by our repair shop. Please see picture for service details. The instruction manual is not included. The original boxes are not included.

This is a K-Line K28701S New York Central E8 AA Diesel Locomotive Set w/ Railsounds. Cab numbers are 4056 and 4049. Features include dual motors with flywheels, vertical drive, 8 wheel drive, quadra-grip, metal grab rails, stainless steel side grills and roof vents, motorized rotating roof fans, metal chassis, brass air filter and relief valve, digital horn and railsounds and die-cast trucks and wheels. All original: minute scratches and paint nicks; no rust or missing parts; no distortion of parts. Standards for all toy train related accessory items apply to the visual appearance of the item and do not consider the operating functionality of the equipment.
