There are areas of scratches and previous imperfections being painted over that are visible around the edges of the shell and around the railings. The wheels show signs of wear from previous use.

Paint on the later wheels is cracking and faded due to aging and was not repainted by the previous owner. When tested by our team this item ran one direction only.
