This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There are heavy nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on these items. Additionally, bodies of both locomotives show signs of paint wear, chips, rub marks, and fading in the stripes due to aging. Missing a porthole on one locomotive and the included portholes are very foggy and discolored.

Dust and residue has collected on their surfaces, so the overall appearance of these items may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The wheels and pickups show signs of wear from previous use. The instruction manuals and original boxes are not included with these items.
