This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. This item ha scratches and nicks on the body and underframe. The wheels show signs of wear. There are spots of surface rust on the metal accents.

One of the ladders on the door is missing. The mounting screws are missing which has caused the shell to be loose from the frame.

The graphic at the front of the locomotive is cracking. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
