Williams Brass NYC 4-6-4 Steam Engine #1650 Dirty w. Issues

  
This is for a Williams brass 4-6-4 streamlined Hudson #1650 which has some issues. It runs and sparks going forward, it sparks more and shorts out in reverse. The tender has replacement Lionel trucks and the engine is dirty and dusty with some chips and scratches on the paint. There is no box for this, I will pack it carefully. I try to accurately describe each item but sometimes I miss something.
