The American Flyer S gauge Streamline locomotive is a vintage replica of the New York Central 1934 streamlined Hudson, featuring a 4-6-2 wheel configuration and made of brass and diecast materials. This ready-to-go model from 1947 comes in a multicolor painting with light and sound functions, making it a limited edition collectible perfect for transportation enthusiasts. With its analog control system and two-rail system, this locomotive is a classic piece of model railroad history from the United States. This unit has a Dallee E unit and a can motor for reliable rail running every single time.

Works off of any American flyer or Lionel AC transformer. Also has a chugging unit from a 301 inside and because of the hollow shell has a really nice loud chug to it. No smoke I did not want to drill a hole through the shell. This unit is built after an actual unit from 1934 New York Central line Hudson see picture.
