Williams New York Central 4-6-4 J3a Hudson in LNIB condition. Does not appear to have been run. Equipped with Williams Steam True Sounds. I have replaced the original white tissue paper with museum quality Archive paper.

NOTE - There is a small rub mark on the tender - see photo #9. This is a 1995 unit in great condition. I have not tested it or put it on the track at all.
