This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. The shell on the powered unit is not origina and has mismatched number boards. Also, the powered unit's chassis is from a 2344 so both engines have horns inside. These items have scratches and nicks on the body and underframe. The wheels show heavy signs of wear.

There are heavy spots of rust on the pick ups and metal accents. Some of the porthole inserts have yellowed. The paint is flaking off of the trucks. A graphic at the nose of the locomotive has cracked. The powered unit ran when tested, however the non powered unit's light did not come on.
