A small paint nick on the tender. Would make for a neat project. Used MTH 20-3045-1 New York Central 4-6-4 Dreyfuss w/Box (Restoration Required). This is a Used MTH 20-3045-1 New York Central 4-6-4 Dreyfuss. Tested and DOES NOT RUN. We have tested the model in conventional and with a DCS remote but no response. No lights when given track power but there is a faint buzzing sound in the locomotive and sometimes it shorts out the track. Comes in the original box that has some wear as there is a tear on one of the sides. Has the instructions manual, spare traction tires, a small tube of smoke fluid, and a O gauge coupler for the front.

The paint overall is very nice as there is just a single small paint nick on the tender. Has nice detailing all around but one of the safety tread detail pieces that runs along the left side of the boiler is starting to peel off. This piece can be easily glued back. Other than that, this is a great looking model. Up for those who want to take on a project.
